Finally... E. received her replacement American Girl Doll in the mail on Tuesday. I had sent her first doll back to AG in January, but had made the mistake of using USPS instead of FedEx. The "signature delivery" never did come back and the only thing the post office could tell me was that it was shipped to the correct location. The American Girl Doll company was great and answered all of my emails promptly, but also couldn't locate the missing return. Then, without notice from either the USPS or American Girl, her new doll arrived in the mail. Phew!!!
