My right foot is so much less swollen but nevertheless it still doesn't look like my left.

Improvement is encouraging! :) I just hope, hope, hope you and Jess will be up to the long drive this week; I'm looking forward to meeting her and seeing you again!
Ouch! It looks like it could still be tender. Recovery can take awhile, but I'm glad you're slowly getting better!
It must feel so good to be out of that cast! Hope the remainder of recovery is quick...
