I took a bath the night I got the cast off and really, really wanted to take an "after" shot... meaning after all those disgusting layers of skin came off. My foot looks nice and pink now.

Actually, unlike Beth, I was going to remark that you have adorable feet. The shape is so footy - nice arch and ordered toes. Perfect for shoe wearing and nail polish. :)

Happy for you to have it off! The whole sluffing off dead skin and finding the pink new life beneath is always an encouraging analogy to life, as well!!
So glad you finally got the cast off. Hope all has healed well and will continue to. I think your foot looks pretty good to have been in that cast for so long. I bet it felt good to get all the skin off! Great pics to remember the event.
